At House of Sole, we strive to deliver your luxury pieces as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Domestic Shipping (Southern Africa)
- • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (R150)
- • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (R250)
- • Free Standard Shipping on orders over R3500
International Shipping
- • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (R250)
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your House of Sole purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- • Footwear must be returned in the original box, which must also be in its original condition.
- • Sale items are eligible for store credit only.
- • Intimate apparel and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email our customer care team at info@houseofsole.co.za with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
